Free shipping worldwide.

Please be aware that all orders will require a signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work).

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, if the product is in stock. If it is made to order, please allow a 2 weeks lead time (plus shipping time). Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Please note the delivery times may vary depending on your location; please allow a longer delivery window for hard-to-reach locations.

All import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are responsibility of the customer. 

Events out of our control

We will not be liable for any delay in fulfilling any of our shipments by cause of which is due to events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Cause").

Force Majeure Causes shall include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control and, among others, the following:

  • Strikes, lockouts or other claims measures.

  • Civil commotion, revolt, invasion, terrorist attack or terrorist threat, war (declared or not) or threat or preparations for war.

  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, sinking, epidemic or any other natural disaster.

  • Impossibility of use of trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.

  • Impossibility to use public or private telecommunications systems.

  • Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.

  • Strike, failure or accidents of maritime or river transport, postal or any other type of transport.

It will be understood that our obligations under Contracts will be suspended for the period in which the Force Majeure Cause continues, and we will have an extension within the time to fulfil those obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Cause Force Majeure. We will use all reasonable means to terminate the Force Majeure Cause or to find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations under the Contract despite the Force Majeure Cause.

 

Easy returns & exchanges

We offer a happiness guarantee, so let us know right away if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us to initiate the return process prior to mailing your items. We will accept items purchased from our website for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 10 days. Send the item/s back within 30 days.

  • Returned in original packaging.

  • Returned in sellable condition with no visible scratches, wear, or damage.

Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The address and contact information will be sent when you contact us.

Upon receipt of the items being returned, the Paypal account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

Manufacturer warranty for online purchases is applicable to any defect in material or craftsmanship. Please contact us immediately if goods arrive damaged.

Impossibility of delivery

If we find it impossible to deliver your order, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also contact you explaining where your order is located and how to do to be it sent back to you.

The additional costs arising from the inability to deliver due to having provided an incorrect delivery address, telephone and/or incorrect contact email, or due to repeated absence of the recipient or for not removing from the carrier's warehouse its the package after the period that each transport marks according to its conditions, will be at the buyer's expense.
